BLACK ANT AND RED ANT
(STORY TELLING)
Long ago, there were the Black
Ant and the Red Ant. The social status between the two was very different. Red
Ant was very rich, but Black Ant was sufficient.
While Black Ant was walking in a
forest, he met Red Ant, and Red Ant said, "Hey there, how are you? Have
you gotten a lot of food?" Black Ant replied, "Yeah, enough for
me," and Red Ant replied, "Oh, I see, life is indeed difficult for
you," The Black Ant did not even care. He just went away.
The following day, Red Ant’s
house was destroyed because of a natural disaster caused by heavy rain and made
many trees fall. The worse was his food supply had vanished, been swept
away by the wind and the waterflow, he felt devastated. After a while,
Black Ant passed by carrying food. He took a pity seeing Red Ant. He did not
hesitate to help the Red Ant. Red Ant felt so grateful and said, "Thank
you for helping me. I really appreciate it. I am starving, and you are giving
me very sweet and delicious food, even though I have been arrogant to
you." Black Ant replied, "It does not matter. I know when
someone has everything, controlling pride is difficult." Since then, the
two became friends. They lived peacefully and helped each other.
From the story, we can learn that
vanity is useless. Do not be too proud, like The Red Ant, because we do not
know what the future holds. May we be kept away from such evil.

So,
from the story we can learn that vanity is useless. Don’t be to proud like red
ant because we don’t know what future holds. May we be kept away from such evil.
